Why Is Physical Fitness Important?  What is the meaning of physical fitness?   

Physical fitness is one of the important ways of measuring the physical health of an individual. Physical fitness informs us how healthy a person is. Physical fitness affects a client’s mental capacity, productivity at work, and stress management. Physical fitness is also important for the mere fact that a person feels better and looks better when they are physically fit.

* Cardiovascular endurance
* Muscular strength
* Muscular endurance
* Body Composition

Physical fitness is the measurement of how one is progressing through the personal training program.
