Hello Jet families! Last Spring we met with a consultant who works with companies and organizations to help them develop / enhance their brand. He can also provide help with marketing that brand. The phrase that our committee developed for Fairlawn was ‘Power To Rise.’
As the next step in this process, we would like to ask you to complete a survey that relates to the phrase ‘Power To Rise.’ Your input is very important and greatly appreciated in this process. A link to the survey is below.
In this first survey, please provide three examples of standards that you think of when you hear the phrase ‘Power To Rise.’ These standards should be words that relate to your role within the Fairlawn District (staff member, alumni, community member, etc).
As an example, someone may think of the standard (PERSEVERENCE) when they hear the phrase ‘Power To Rise’ as it relates to their experiences here at Fairlawn. Then they would type PERSEVERENCE in for one of their responses. Please be sure to submit your survey responses once completed.
Once a couple of weeks have passed and we have several examples, our District Leadership Team, and others, will then pair down the examples to three or four standards. There will then be a follow up survey for the next step of the process. Thank you for your input!!!
